Shopping

What condition are the clothes in?

Every item that comes into WOLFE is thoroughly inspected and assigned a category for it's condition. The condition of an item can be found in it's listing description. You can get to know our categories here: Clothing Conditions

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is your shipping policy?

We do our best to have all orders processed and shipped within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your items have shipped!

What is your return / refund policy?

In an effort to uphold the integrity and quality of the pre-loved items we sell, our return policy is very strict. 

1. You have 7 days from delivery, to submit your return request and get it shipped back.

2. Flat rate return shipping of $7.97 will be deducted from your refund. We email you a prepaid shipping label. Please give us 1 business day, this is not automated.

3. Clothes must be sent back in the exact same condition as you received them. Any damage on a returned item (including but not limited to: odors, rips, tears, stains, animal hair) that didn’t previously exist, will result in no refund given.  

4. Refunds are only approved once the items are delivered back to us and inspected.

Are any items "Final Sale"

The following items are final sale:

-All "Fatal Flaws" clothing.

-All footwear.

How do I start a return?

Scroll to the top of the page & click on the "human" icon. Enter the email used for your order and initiate your return.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it.

Consigning With Us

What items are you currently accepting?

WOLFE is accepting fashionable, trendy and unique styles that fit all seasons.

-Items must be in great condition with minimal signs of wear.

-No rips, stains, tears and from a smoke free home.

-No broken hardware or loose buttons.

-Only accepting shoes if new and unworn.

What items are you not accepting?

We currently do not accept the following items:

-Unbranded Items

-Active wear / Active leggings

-Shoes with wear

-Handbags

-Accessories

What sizes do you accept?

WOLFE accepts all sizes and is inclusive of all womens bodies.

Why did you not accept my item?

If we did not accept an item, please know it is not personal to you or your style in any way!

There are various reasons we may not accept an item. It comes down to current inventory, supply and demand, item quality, and if we think it will sell.

Do I get to decide the price my item is listed at?

No. Once your items are in our possession, you don't get to decide the selling price. We price dependent on the brand, condition, and current resell market. Please remember items are pre-loved and are priced to sell as such.

Consignment Terms / Payouts

How much do I make?

Payouts are determined by the selling price of an item. Current Payout % are as follows:

Under $20 (20%)

$20-$50 (30%)

$51-$150 (40%)

$151-$250 (50%)

$250+ (60%)

FATAL FLAWS Any Price (10%)

How long do you keep my items?

Once your items are processed and listed on our online store, we will keep your consigned items for a total of 90 days.

What happens to unsold items?

Inside your client portal, you can select whether your items should be sent back to you or donated if they do not sell.

At the end of your 90 day consignment period, your clothing is handled according to your selection. You can not change these options once your consignment period ends.

If I change my mind, can I take my clothing back?

At any point in time you can contact us and request your clothing be sent back to you. This cannot be done for individual items. With this request, ALL of your clothing will be pulled from our site and be sent back to you. You will be charged for return shipping.

How do I get paid?

Consignors receive a payout for all sold items at the end of the 90 day consignment period.

Once your consignment period ends, you will be sent an email allowing you to receive payment via direct deposit or printable check through our integrated 3rd party payout system, Checkbook.
